Denis Dragunsky accidentally heard that the hero of the Deniskin stories was invented. But it's him!

Journalist and writer Denis Dragunsk, who became the prototype of the protagonist of the Deniskin Stories , learned that he was "not existing." He quickly corrected this misunderstanding.

Dragunsky told Facebook that during a trip to Sapsan he heard a woman to read the story “What I Love” from Deniskin's Stories. Before that, the mother explained to the children that “in fact there was no Deniska” and he was invented. “I'm sitting bewildered,” wrote Dragunsky.

In the comments, users invited Dragunsky to tell the neighbors on the wagon who he was. At first the writer refused: "It seems to me still tactless and not very appropriate." But after long persuasion, he nevertheless revealed his personality to fellow travelers.

According to Dragunsky, the woman was very moved, and her eldest son asked to take a joint photo with him and promised to show the picture of his teacher.
