In Chelyabinsk, a criminal case was opened under the article on vandalism (part 1 of article 214 of the Criminal Code) because of a drawing against the pension reform on a transformer box and a change house. The lawyer represents five activists who were detained on October 6. The case was opened because of a drawing of a man in a crown and a pensioner with the inscriptions “Our poverty is their profit” and “Pension reform”. The police considered the drawing "a desecration of public buildings and structures."

The detainees were then kept in the department all night. Because of this, they turned to the prosecutor's office of the Kalininsky district with a request to check the actions of the police.
