The publication reports that OMON officers detained the activist on the evening of November 4 at a bus stop. At the moment, Lukichev is in a temporary detention center under the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kaliningrad region, on the day of his arrest he was provided with a lawyer by appointment. Earlier, "Ukrainian News" reported that Interpol put on the wanted list a Russian citizen Vyacheslav Lukichev, suspected of organizing an attack on a veteran of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) Dmitry Ivashchenko (Verbich).
