Probably, Shuvalova herself did not hold the book of Pysheorsky in her hands, and, apparently, limited herself to the review that Burataeva made - in her, by the way, transfer and with her comments.

Citizen Shuvalova is the general director of the Center for Social and Conservative Policy, one of the founders of which is the State Duma deputy Igor Igoshin, in the dissertation of which the meat mechanically changed to chocolate. In the dissertation of Shuvalova, one can also assume the presence of such techniques: pieces of continuous text of 5-10 pages, in our opinion, in our opinion, completely with the text of the dissertation of M. Redny, differ, as we can judge, only in the fact that the “parliamentary majority” is replaced by the Shuvalova dissertation with a “party in power”. At the same time, it is enough to declare to the Higher Attestation Commission that the “party in power” is identical to the “parliamentary majority”. It turns out that in 1993-1995. Was the LDPR party in Russia?

Also, in the dissertation of Lyudmila Shuvalova, we found 13 pages, which, in our opinion, completely coincide with the text of the dissertation of Nikolai Kupchin. Clause 5 of the provisions of scientific novelty of the study of N.N. Kupchina word for word coincides with one of the conclusions according to the second chapter of the dissertation.

And recently, the Shutovsky colleagues on the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission announced the absence of plagiarism on 90 pages in all parts of the qualification work of the student of their chairman.

And now I have a question for the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Higher Attestation Commission: why do you still sit in expert councils in expert councils?

What does Professor Pankratov do in the ES in political science, who had already deprived of his degree by the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ms. Kokorkhoev?
