Novosibirsk: Participants in the protest was fined

In Novosibirsk, the court fined four participants in the unauthorized rally and procession against pension reform that took place on September 9. This was announced by the local headquarters of the opposition Alexei Navalny. In total, they will have to pay 20 thousand rubles. Activists were accused of violating the order of mass shares. Proponents of the politician said they intend to appeal all decisions in the court of appeal, and then in the ECHR.

Participants in the action Vadim Sukhonenko, Sergey Grechishkin, Anton Veshnyakov and the head of the local branch of the Yabloko party received fines of 5 thousand rubles each.

On the eve of November 6, the court acquitted two activists and closed administrative cases for participating in the action, two more were also fined 5 thousand rubles.

On September 9, on a single voting day, supporters of Alexei Navalny held the All -Russian protest against raising the retirement age. Mass detentions at the rally were held in Novosibirsk. After the arrest of the coordinator of the headquarters of Navalny Sergey Boyko, the activists came to the police department, where they took Boyko to support him, but there were about 40 riot police fighters there. Several times the security forces used batons, one of them sprayed tear gas from the spray can. Later, several more civilian activists were drawn up, they received several days of arrest and administrative fines. The next day, the deputy chief of the regional police, Oleg Olnev, explained the use of OMON fighters to disperse the allegedly the threat of riots and capture firearms by activists in the police department.

On September 9, the police also detained the organizers of events in Tomsk, Omsk, Krasnoyarsk and Kuzbass. During the action in Siberia, according to the headquarters of Navalny, about 100 people were detained.

In October, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a package of pension reform laws . The retirement age of men will gradually grow to 65 years, and for women - up to 60 years. For early retirement, men will need to accumulate 42 years of pension experience, women - 37 years. After preparing the draft reform by the government, sociologists registered the fall of the rating of Vladimir Putin. Later, the president proposed to mitigate the reform and introduce criminal punishment for the dismissal of employees, who have been less than five years before retirement. This law was also adopted by the State Duma and signed by the president.
