Elections started in the DPR and LPR

In the self -proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, plots were opened for voting in the elections of the heads of republics and deputies of parliaments, Kommersant reports.

Five candidates apply to the post of head of the DPR, including the acting acting head of the republic Denis Pushilin. In the LPR, four candidates participate in the election of the head of the republic, including the acting Head of the Republic of Leonid Pasechnik.

Kyiv announced the conduct of elections in the DPR and LPR by violation of the Minsk agreements. The European Union also does not recognize the elections in the Donbass.
