The detention at the headquarters was connected with the action held in the center of Perm the day before. Unknown people tied the stuffed of Vladimir Putin in a striped prisoner robe. On his chest was the inscription "Military criminal Pyuna V.V.", and on the forehead - "liar".

In the commentary of Radio Freedom, the headquarters of Navalny from the action dissolved , and called its motives and execution "stupid." At the same time, the headquarters stated that the police came home back to Sunday, but he did not open to the security forces.

About half an hour after the scarecrow appeared at the scene of the rally, police and Rosgardists arrived. The secretary of the regional branch of the Libertarian Party Alexander Kotov and his 17-year-old acquaintance were detained on the spot. Kotov insisted that he was not involved in the action, but detained him when he, passing by, decided to take a scarecrow on the video.

Kotov and his comrade were kept for four hours in OP "Leninsky", after which they released without drawing up protocols. The 17-year-old young man was handed over to parents.

“They took an explanation in which I refused to testify, referring to the 51st article of the Constitution,” Kotov “Freedom” told. “They did not seize the video because they could not unlock my mobile phone.”

The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs said that a pre -investigation check was launched upon the action.

The headquarters of Navalny “Freedom” reported that the video recording of the action will appear on the “Thunderstorm” YouTube channel (as of 14:50 Moscow time on November 11 there was no video there). The radio station notes that earlier on this channel, among others, reports on Shabarchin shares appeared. He spent the first performance in April of this year, going out on the streets with the poster "Grandgrass, if against Putin." The call was addressed to motorists. The video for 7 months gained over 2.3 million views.

In May, Shabarkin held a rally with a poster "Give five, if against Putin." Those who are against Putin were invited to shake the picketer hand.
