According to the document, for three years, the ex-governor could have free travel with his wife to Moscow and back by train or plane twice a year, unhindered entry to the building of the House of Soviets, an extraordinary personal reception by the governor of the Kursk region, as well as expenses related to burial. The guard post at the house of the resigned governor was supposed to be on duty for another year from the date of removal of powers. Now free travel to Moscow is not available to him.
