A scarecrow with Putin's “face” was installed in the center of Perm

The scarecrow with the “face” of Russian President Vladimir Putin was installed unknown in the center of Perm on the evening of November 11. A mannequin with a photograph of Putin was fixed on a lamppost and attached the inscription: “Military criminal Pyuna V.V.”.

Later, the police detained two people: the secretary of the Perm branch of the Libertarian Party Alexei Kotov and his minor friend, the 59.ru portal reports. They were detained while they filmed the scarecrow on the phone, said the activist of the Perm headquarters of Alexei Navalny Sergey Ukhov. According to him, Kotov and his comrade were released without drawing up protocols.

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Perm Territory was informed that now, on the fact of the incident, an audit began.

The Perm headquarters of Navalny also reported that today the police detained the volunteer Alexander Shabarchin. He was taken to Vereshchagino, his hometown, to transfer to the military registration and enlistment office, as evading military service.

“However, we know that Alexander is undergoing a medical examination in the Perm hospital, which the Vereshchaginsky military enlistment invoed in a timely manner. We assume that the detention and an attempt to enforce Sasha to the army are associated with yesterday’s action, ”the headquarters said.
