In Perm, the volunteer of the headquarters of Alexei Navalny Alexander Shabarkin was detained on suspicion of evasion of military service. This was announced by the OVD-Info by the representative of the headquarters Natalya Vavilova.

According to Vavilova, the young man was pissing at his house. The detention was led by Major Oornin from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Perm Territory, earlier he conducted searches at the headquarters and detained employees.

Shabarchina is taken to Vereshchagino to transfer to the military registration and enlistment office as evading military service. Vavilova notes that the activist is undergoing a medical examination in the Perm hospital, which the military enlistment office informed about it in a timely manner.

Employees of the headquarters associate the detention with the action held the day before in the center of Perm. Unknown people hung the scarecrow of Putin with the inscription "Military criminal."

After that, at least 10 police officers arrived at the stuffed animal. They shot fingerprints and detained two young people who photographed a scarecrow on the phone. The secretary of the Perm branch of the Libertarian Party Alexander Kotov and the 17-year-old young man was taken to the police department of the Leninsky district. The detainees were kept in the police for more than four hours and released without protocols. Parents came for minors.

On November 13, the Shabarchin was released on the evening of the same day, handing him two summons to the military registration and enlistment office to the police department for a survey as a witness, in what case - is not reported.
