This was announced on her FB page Aunt Politzeck Lyudmila Shumkova.
The debate will continue on November 20. It is expected that the lawyer of Agora will perform Roman Lyzlov, who defends Shumkov, and the political prisoner himself.
During a meeting in the Sevsky District Court of the Bryansk region, a lot of FSB operatives were on duty.
Hearing on the merits continues on June 27 . The process leads to the acting Chairman of the court Viktor Rukhmakov.
The 29-year-old resident of Kherson Shumkov, who served in military unit No. 4067 in the village of Chernobaevka, Belozersky district of the Kherson region, was charged with part 2 of article 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization), which provides for a period of 2 to 6 years. According to the accusation, the Ukrainian was in the “right sector” from November 28, 2013 (date of creation of movement) to August 23, 2017 and “for a long time” was a guard of its then leader Dmitry Yarosh. The last fact is emphasized in the case, testifies to the "significant role of the accused" in the PS.
The activity of the movement is called "directed against the interests of the Russian Federation and encroaching on its territorial integrity."
Shumkov in his testimony in court, data on October 5 , stated that Yarosh left the guard in early June 2014, and in November of the same year he left the "Right Sector" and entered the Ukrainian army (previously a specific release date was called on November 1). Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of Russia banned the activities of the PS in the country only on November 17, 2014.
Among other episodes of the case, the participation of Shumkov in September 2015 in the civil blockade of Crimea was mentioned. He is also charged with participation in a number of shares aimed at intimidating the inhabitants of the Kherson region, protesting against the blockade of Crimea and calling for the restoration of economic and political relations with Russia. "
It is claimed that Shumkov on his own initiative arrived in Russia, hiding from criminal prosecution in his homeland, and directly at the border post reported membership in the "right sector".
The main witness of the accusation of Shumkov is his former colleague Mikhail Allanazarov, who deserted and received temporary asylum in Russia. In Ukraine, cases of weapons, drugs and unauthorized abandonment of the military unit are open against Allanazarov.
In addition, two secret witnesses were interrogated in court. The witness under the pseudonym Ivan Ivanov was recommended as a former member of the Party of Regions and the current assistant to the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the opposition bloc. The witness under the pseudonym Peter Petrov called himself a citizen of Russia, who was in the "right sector" and held in Russia accountable for part 282.2 of the Criminal Code - the very norm that was also charged with Shumkov.
Politzek himself denies guilt. During the interrogation in court on October 5, he stated that he was serving in the Ukrainian army, was the interrogator of the military prosecutor's office of the Kherson garrison. Allanazarov, said Shumkov, told him the contacts of a person who presented as informants who have information about the drug supplier in the ATO zone. The soldier phoned this face; The meeting was scheduled in the city of Brovary, Kyiv region.
According to Shumkov, he and the informant traveled to Brovary in the car, discussing the details of the intended control purchase. Next, the informant suggested Shumkov to smoke a cigarette with marijuana. Tighten, Shumkov lost consciousness. Waking up, he saw that there were still some people in the car, after which he lost consciousness again, and then came to his senses already in Russia. There, on August 23, his detention was officially issued; He stopped in touch with his family on the 17th.
Earlier, lawyer Farit Murtazin, who worked in the case before Lyzlov, otherwise described the course of events to the Center for Journalistic Investigations. Murtazin stated that Shumkov did not go to Brovary, but to the Russian border to meet with the informant. On the road, the soldier stopped the car and dozed off - then several unknown people burst into the salon and stunned Shumkov with blows and current from a stamper. The Ukrainian woke up already in Russia.
Initially, Shumkov gave a confession; Having read a pre -prepared text on the video. Speaking on October 5 in the process, he explained: “It was complete prostration, absolute stress and shock, when I realized that I was in the hands of the FSB. I was given some documents under the pretext that if I sign it faster, I would be exchanged faster for prisoners of war, which are in Ukraine, and if I didn’t sign it, I would not come to the end at that time.” He was inclined to give him such testimonies by the appointed lawyer Inna Ivantsova.
At the meeting on October 18, Shumkov pointed out : "All my actions in the national liberation movement" Right Sector "were committed in Ukraine, and they were not directed against the interests of the Russian Federation. And if the prosecution seeing the threat to the interests of the Russian Federation, then we make a logical conclusion that in my case Russia proves its geopolitical presence and its aggression in Ukraine."
The prosecutor Minakov recalled that the "right sector" in Russia is prohibited. “But I participated in the“ right sector ”in Ukraine, and in the territory of the Russian Federation I did not spent a single day at large,” the Politsyk objected. “The conclusion - the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation forbade the activities of the“ Right Sector ”around the world?”
From the documents of the military unit of Shumkov announced in the trial, it follows that the soldier was really seconded to the prosecutor's office of the Kherson garrison. Nevertheless, the department denied that in the period from 17 to August 23 last year, Shumkov was on the assignment. After the disappearance of the soldier, the prosecutor's office opened a desertion case against him. It was also reported that back in June 2017, indictment acts on the unlawful storage of a pistol, cartridges for it and psychotropic substances were transferred to the Kherson City Court.
In May - June, Shumkov kepta hunger strike of solidarity with Oleg Sentsov for several weeks.
