In Samara, the home of anarchist Maxim Nesterov in his absence was visited by two men who introduced themselves as detectives from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The young man himself told OVD-Info about this.

Employees called Nesterov and asked if he was subscribed to the anarchist telegram channel Prometheus and whether he was in the chat of the same name. Then Nesterov was told to come for an interview.

• In early November, Vyacheslav Lukichev, the administrator of the Prometheus telegram channel, was detained on suspicion of justifying terrorism. He published the suicide note of the perpetrator of the explosion in the FSB building in Arkhangelsk and called him a hero. The lawyer stated that the Kaliningrad anarchist was interrogated for 36 hours and beaten.

In the channel itself, a photograph appeared of Lukichev sleeping on the table, allegedly during interrogation, with the caption that he had turned everyone in. Probably the FSB got access.
