Details . The self-explosion occurred on the outskirts of Grozny at about 4 p.m. According to the official version, a young girl approached one of the police posts. Noticing inappropriate behavior, the police asked her to stop and show documents. Instead, she rushed to the post, the law enforcement officers fired a warning shot, after which the woman blew herself up. According to a video published by the Mash telegram channel, the explosion was preceded by targeted shooting at the woman by several security forces at once.
