Seven people were detained in Kuntsevo. Some of them are against the development of the district

In Moscow, seven people were detained in the Kuntsevo area: the municipal deputy Vadim Sokurenko, a member of the election commission with the right of a decisive vote Saveliy Rozhkov, Ivan Rozhkov, Andrei Markov, Timur Gameev, Sergei Demushkin and another person who did not want to call his name.

Sokurenko told the OVD-Info that the detainees did not conduct any public event, did not chant the slogans and did not hold the posters in their hands, but simply decided to get together to take a walk together. According to him, many activists even brought children with them.

The mundop suggests that the police can detain several more people.

UPD 13:12 Dmitry Legoshin told the OVD-Info that the police are massively taking people away. The exact number of detainees is still unknown. According to Legoshin, the police have already detained the former head of the Yabloko party, Sergei Mitrokhin.

This is an arrest article, but the police promise to release a politician after drawing up the protocol.

The lawyer said that the police were no coincidence to detain those who were already drawn up by the protocols after the September folk gathering. According to Biryukov, this can allow judges to reduce the charge to a more difficult article on a repeated violation of the rules of the measures (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses)
