In November 2017, the Moscow government approved this plan. Several dozen residents of Kuntsevo came to the verdict, and later appealed to the Supreme Court - his meeting in this case was scheduled for November 22, 2018.

The construction of the new residential complex is engaged in the PIK group of companies. Nikita Andrianov, head of the PIK urban planning documentation, confirmed Meduza that the company implements a contract concluded as part of the citywide resettlement program of five -story buildings under Yuri Luzhkov in 1998. According to him, this program provides for the “wave relocation”: ““ Peak ”builds municipal housing and gives it to city services that give out observation orders to people and carry out the process of resettlement.”

The company insists that they are not going to resettle local residents, but simply give them apartments better. In the spring of 2018, PIK employees invited residents of houses on Ivan Franko Street to meetings in the company's information centers; According to Andrianov, many residents of the district came to them - and he showed them how new houses would look and what the layout in the apartments would be. “I explained to people that their living space will increase by about 20 percent, the cost per square meter will become more expensive, the layout will be improved,” says Andrianov. According to him, on the eve of the start of the construction of the first house, he met with residents of nearby five -story buildings and found out that people supported relocation.

Ivan Rozhkov, who lives in one of the five -story buildings, tells Medusa that construction equipment went to their courtyard on November 12. Workers began to install concrete blocks. At this time, Rozhkov himself and his neighbors were in court - they tried to finish them for holding a popular gathering against the construction of a house on the neighboring street of Academician Pavlov. Having learned about the start of work, Rozhkov and associates "quickly ran into the yard and did not let the workers do anything." The builders tried to install on the territory of the household (in which builders or guards could be located), but the locals did not allow them to do this; In the courtyard, they managed to install only the blue booth of the dry closet.

As Rozhkov explains, he and his neighbors do not want the construction to be carried out on their house territory: in fact, this will completely destroy the yard surrounded by residential buildings.

The next morning, the inhabitants of the houses arranged a tent town in the courtyard. At noon, one of the local residents in her car drove up to the truck, who blocked the exit; The truck was surrounded by guards. The truck drove away, but the person who accompanied the guards in civilian clothes first refused to miss the woman, and then shouted that her car had crushed his leg.
