Your children are your problems: the head of Karelia refused a local resident in the request to open a kindergarten in the village

The head of Karelia, Arthur Parfenchikov, refused to solve the problem of kindergartens in the Karelian village of Suoeoka, which the local resident Anna Vlasova asked him. She said that she was going to go to work, and she had no one to leave children for one and a half and five years, while in the village they recently closed school and kindergarten, reports the 7x7 Internet magazine.

Representatives of the local administration informed parents about the closure of kindergarten and school in the village of Suoeoki at the end of August 2018. In early September, Anna Vlasova wrote to the head of Karelia through his verified page on the VKontakte social network, on which Parfenchikov invites her subscribers to send appeals about problems that "cannot be solved at the local level." The woman asked the head of the region to return the kindergarten to the village.

On behalf of the chapter, she came to her that it was impossible to open a nursery for one child in the village: "There is not even in Petrozavodsk. Sit (on maternity leave) to three years old, negotiate with grandmothers, hire a nanny. How will everyone go. The child will be filled for three years, take him to Suoyarvi."

According to Vlasova, there are at least eight children in the village who could go to the nursery. From the village of Suyoki to Suoryavi - 28 kilometers: "You would have sent your three -year -old grandchildren for 25 km? Up to three years, you would sit with your child at home, but for 57 rubles, sorry, you will not live! You should never contact you again! Useless!" - Wrote the woman. On behalf of Arthur Parfenchikov, the phrase came to her in response: "Of course, it is useless! Let his father think of your child, grandfathers think."

Then Anna Vlasova received another message that almost 10 million rubles were urgently found for additional repair of the road to Suoyarvi, but it is still impossible to open a kindergarten for one child. After that, Vlasov was removed from the friends of the head of Karelia, the correspondence was rubbed. The conversation took place back in August, but the media paid attention to it only now.

At the end of October, residents of Suoeoki sent a collective letter addressed to the prosecutor general Yuri Chaika. In it, they gave the proposals of local authorities in connection with the closure of the school and kindergarten: to move to the neighboring village of Lahkoli, where there is an operating school; Take children to the Suoyarvi district center or open a kindergarten in the form of an individual entrepreneur. The authors of the letter asked Yuri Chaika to verify the legality of the closure of children's institutions in Suoeki. The Prosecutor General’s Office redirected the appeal to the prosecutor's office of Karelia, and from there it entered the prosecutor's office of the Suoyarvsky district.

A similar scandal with the participation of the head of the Department of Youth Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region erupted in early November: the media hit a video in which Olga Glatsky stated that the state of young people "should basically have nothing, but the parents owed," because it "did not ask their parents to give birth." After the publication of the video, the governor noted that he would request a full video of the performance to "calmly figure out and draw conclusions."

Subsequently, Glotsky apologized and explained that she was not understood, and her phrase was torn from context. According to her, this was said only in order to strengthen the motivation of youth independently and actively develop and invest their own energy and power in self -state, and not just count on the state.

Nevertheless, the Glatsky was removed from the post for the time of the audit, and the Investigative Committee decided to additionally check the activities of the Department of Youth Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region headed by her. The department suspected an official of misuse of funds .

After reports that the Glatsky received 131 million rubles in 2018 to organize four shifts for training 800 teenagers in 2018. The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region Vyacheslav Vegner calculated that 163,750 rubles will be spent on each of them for one shift. “For this money, I would send them to the Maldives or at once at Harvard University,” the parliamentarian joked.

Ultimately, the regional governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev, after a “serious conversation” with the official, decided to reprimand her, while it was initially assumed that she would be dismissed from his position.
