The decision on registration or refusal to participate in the elections will be made on November 24.

“Today, at a meeting of the election commission, the incompleteness of information presented by candidates, including Ischenko, was considered. According to the results of this audit, it was established that the candidate was presented according to the municipal filter 134 of reliable signatures with the required minimum of 140,” Intalya Kamaeva secretary Natalya Kamaeva told Interfax .

She clarified that out of 147 granted signatures, two inaccurate and 11 were not counted. “Two signatures of the inaccurate due to the fact that at the time of affixing two persons were not deputies, and 11 did not set off due to the fact that the deputies put their signatures for someone earlier. They are not taken into account on this basis,” explained the secretary of the regional election commander.

According to her, the commission conducts a cross -check for all candidates.

This week, self -nominated Vyacheslav Gnezdilov, withdrew his candidacy.

The Primorsky regional branch of United Russia helped to collect the signatures necessary for the registration of the self -nominated Andrei Ishchenko and other candidates claiming the post of governor of Primorye. “The assistance in collecting signatures was provided to both self -nominated and parties to the candidates. For example, 69 subscribed to Pavel Mikhalchenkov, and 58 deputies from United Russia were for Andrei Ishchenko, Oleg Mitvol received 103 deputy signatures, Andrei Andreichenko supported 88 representatives of the EP in the municipal authorities,” the report said.

According to the secretary of the regional branch of the party Lyudmila Talabaeva, assistance was provided to all applicants. “So we acted during preparations for the elections in September, we do the same and now. The Communists demanded to abandon the municipal filter

The Communist Party again raised the topic of canceling the municipal filter after reports that Andrei Ishchenko did not score the proper number of signatures for registration with the candidate in the elections in Primorye. “It is quite strange that parliamentary factions can put forward a candidate for the presidency without collecting these signatures, and suddenly, in order to nominate a candidate for the post of governor, a certain municipal filter must be held,” the parliamentarian added. According to Novikov, "this greatly narrows the possibilities of a democratic process in the country, has nothing to do with genuine democracy, and is a complete mockery of democratic procedures."

Earlier, both many politicians and the leadership of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation were repeatedly expressed for the abolition of the so -called municipal filter. At the same time, Pamfilova recalled that the CEC, not being a subject of legislative initiative, remains a platform where this problem is actively discussed with the development of its solution. “We hope that, in the end, our arguments will be heard by those on whom these decisions depend,” said the head of the CEC.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin said that they did not see the need to cancel or liberalize the "municipal filter", the transfer of a single voting day, as well as other radical changes in the electoral system. “The question of radical changes in the electoral legislation on the agenda of the presidential administration is not worth it. Elections in Primorye

It was impossible to hide that Tarasenko owed his victory to numerous violations. Then the United Russia resigned, and in his place Putin was appointed Oleg Kozhemyako, who held the post of governor of the Sakhalin region. He decided to participate in the upcoming elections as a self -nominated person - so as not to be associated with United Russia, whose former candidate failed.

The only serious rival Kozhemyako could only be Ishchenko. In this situation, the Communist Party, probably under the pressure of power, refused to support him in repeated elections. Then Ishchenko decided to go to the elections as a self -nominated man.

Now, like the rest of the self -nominated people, he had to collect about 7 thousand signatures in his support from Primorye, as well as pass the municipal filter, collecting 140 signatures from deputies of municipal representative bodies.

Repeated elections of the Governor of the Territory are scheduled for December 16.
