The Tverskoy Court of Moscow dismissed an appeal against a fine of 30,000 rubles for The New Times editor-in-chief Yevgenia Albats.

Albats announced this on her Twitter. The fine was imposed for "failure to provide information on foreign funding" to Roskomnadzor. The court considered the decision on the fine lawful and justified.
