On November 20, the Primorye's Kraikfirk officially suspended the path of entrepreneur Andrei Ishchenko to the post of head of the region. The candidate, who first went to the election from the Communist Party of the Communist Party (and then, when the party comrades dissolved from him, - a self -nominated one) was stopped at the stage of the "municipal filter". Ishchenko himself on the eve was determined to go to the end and did not doubt his registration. “Calm around everything and everyone gathered 147 signatures of the heads and deputies of municipal areas, we have a municipal filter, moreover, we have 8010 ideal signatures of the inhabitants of the region,” he wrote on Facebook.

I considered a beaten in a different way: out of 147 signatures (at least 140 are needed for the filter), 134 turned out to be reliable. Inside the communist “parties” of Primorye, they already discuss that among the “understudy” (those who signed and in support of Ishchenko, and in support of any other candidate), and deputies from the Communist Party were also provided for the party’s charter of the party. exception. Thus, the protege of the Kremlin Acting Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako was left without the main competitor in the repeated election of the head of the region in December.

To assume that Ishchenko will be allowed to new elections, only notorious optimists could, says the “new” political strategist Vladimir Perevoschikov. “When it was announced that Ishchenko was collecting signatures, all other candidates, including spoilers, have already gathered everything, there were no signatures as such,” the expert says. -The party did not nominate him as his candidate because of some disagreements with the local department. “Ishchenko knew all the party’s arguments in order not to put forward it, and in my opinion, I agreed, since they were reinforced concrete. We had no chance to collect the signatures of municipal deputies, since it was clear that everything would be done to pull the candidate from the authorities, who, incidentally, is a self-nominated, ”explains Alexander Yushchenko, spokeswoman for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. “However, from my point of view, Ishchenko did the right thing that he went a self -nominated man, since this performance had to be finished to the end.”

Formally, Andrei Ishchenko and Oleg Mitvol, who joined him, (his signatures were also rejected in the election commission) can still return to the race - they should finally decide their fate on November 24, so the candidates will still have the opportunity to “explain”.

But few doubt that the “red” candidate, due to the annoying activity of which, in fact, the Kremlin was forced to start the entire election campaign in the region again, will be completely rejected.

Especially taking into account the fact that the Communist Party of the Communist Party has already received a prize in the form of a governor’s chair in Khakassia this year: there, 30-year-old communist Valentin Konovalov became the new head of the region.

To withstand Oleg Kozhemyako in the elections of the governor of Primorye will now not be the most famous and certainly not the most obstinate candidates: on the website of the regional election commission as of the evening of November 20, registration of Rosa Chemeris from the “People’s Party“ For Women of Russia ”and Igor Stepanenko from“ Patriots of Russia ”was confirmed. Potentially in the race there is also a candidate from the LDPR Andrei Andreichenko. And it may happen that the protest electorate will now go to his side, says carriers: the problem of low popularity is Kozhemyako in principle, so even the second round is not excluded.

However, for the chief candidate for the post of governor of Primorye, this is now troublesome order. The fate of Andrei Ishchenko is not so clear: in an interview with “New”, he said that in the event of Kozhemyako’s victory, he would simply remain to work in a local legislative assembly, but the option is not excluded that the “technical candidate”, which (perhaps not wanting it) became a symbol of great problems for the electoral system, will transfer to Moscow with an eye on the future.

This is not excluded in the party itself, although they do not directly talk about it. “Any person who leads an active political life has good prospects in the party. Another thing is whether he will work selflessly in the interests of the party, or he will have his own movements. This is his decision - we will proceed from the decision that he will make, ”says Alexander Yushchenko from the Communist Party.

Perhaps advancement on the party ladder is the only chance for Andrei Ishchenko to stay on the federal agenda, because as an independent player, experts evaluate him shortly: “It is definitely not naval.”
