Rapper Husky (real name Dmitry Kuznetsov) was detained in Krasnodar, according to the telegram channel of Human Rights Postcards. The organization's lawyer is working on the case.
Polina Nemirovskaya, coordinator of Pravozashchita Otkrytka, told Novaya Gazeta that Husky was detained after he read several of his songs without equipment in front of people who left the club where his concert was to be held. On November 20, Pravozashchita Otkrytki reported that before Husky's concert in Rostov-on-Don, two police officers came to the Rave club and threatened to disrupt the event if the organizers did not sign a warning "on preventing extremist activities."
As a result, the security forces came to the concert, the sound and lighting were turned off in the hall. Husky had to read lyrics without a microphone or music. Managers noted that the prosecutor's office and employees of the Center for Combating Extremism threatened venues in Krasnodar and Volgograd, where subsequent concerts were planned.
