In St. Petersburg, two administrative affairs of the participants of the "unlimited" were terminated

The Dzerzhinsky District Court in St. Petersburg terminated two administrative cases of violation of the rules of the action of the participants in the “unlimited protest” of Roman Samoilov and Marina Ignatovich. This was told by the head of the department of Rus Sitting in St. Petersburg Dinar Idrisov, who acted as a defender at two meetings.

According to Idrisov, the activists on October 2 walked with balls with the hashtag "unlimited" and handed out leaflets in honor that the protest has been going on for three weeks. The leaflets told what an “unlimited protest” is and that its participants are opposed to pension reform, Article 282 of the Criminal Code and for the resignation of the government.

The video from this action was posted on YouTube. So, according to Idrisov, Samoilov and Ignatovich were tracked down and detained on October 5. On both, they drew up a protocol on a violation of the rules of the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

At the first court hearing Ignatovich, Judge Vladimir Vasyukov has already left for a decision, but, as the human rights activist says, he suddenly returned and said that he wanted to once again interrogate the witness and Idrisov himself.

At the next meeting, despite the defense declared by the defense, Judge Vasyukov listened to the witness and Idrisov and stopped sequentially both cases due to the lack of the composition of the offense.

Dinar Idrisov believes that the judge wanted to prove his impartiality. The allotment was related to the statement of the chairman of the Dzerzhinsky court Viktor Shashkin in January 2018 that Idrisov insulted him and Judge Vasyukov with a commentary on the tweet of the editor -in -chief of the Mediazone Sergey Smirnov. Shashkin asked to initiate a criminal case of disrespect for court and insulting judges and personally filed an application with the Investigative Committee.

At a meeting on the affairs of the “unlimited”, Idrisov said that because of this statement, Judge Vasyukov had a biased attitude towards him.

The head of the Rus Sitting branch clarified that the participants in the “unlimited protest” are protected by the “group of assistance to the detainees”. In the process, the defender from the GPZ Alexander Mironov also participated in these two cases.
