In Novokuznetsk, the police detained the coordinator of the Protest Kuzbass movement because of the Immortal Gulag action, which took place on October 30. Gammer himself reported this to OVD-Info.
According to the oppositionist, he was detained to be taken to the Central District Court of Novokuznetsk. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules for holding an event).
Gammer managed to tweet a recording of his conversation with the policemen before the arrest.
UPD 15:30 The Central District Court of Novokuznetsk fined Lev Gyammer 20,000 rubles for the Immortal GULAG action. This was reported in the telegram channel "Apology of Protest".
The activist was found guilty of organizing and holding a rally without filing a notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court considered that the series of single pickets was held as a single event organized by Gammer. The protocol includes three single pickets, including Gammer's picket.
