The company of the Shoes of Russia Group of Companies was the first resident of the Novosibirsk Toser "Linevo"

The company "Evalink" is included in the register of residents of the territories of a leading socio-economic development. The company implements the investment project “Development of the production facilities of the Group of Companies“ Shoes of Russia ”in the Linevo of the Novosibirsk Region.

LLC "Evalink" is the first resident of the first TOSER "Linevo" in the Novosibirsk region. It will create a factory for the production of whole -formed shoes and parts of the lower shoes made of polymeric materials.

The total project cost is 759 million rubles. It is planned to create 123 jobs, including 10 - in the first year after the inclusion of a legal entity in the register of TOSER residents.

In the Novosibirsk Region, regional tax benefits for TOSED residents are maximum at the maximum level, which is an effective tool to attract investments, the press service of the regional government notes.

TOSER residents in single -industry towns receive a wide range of preferences. Among them are the exemption from the federal part of income tax, reduced tariffs for insurance premiums, exemption from property tax, land tax and others.
