Yesterday, the rapper Husky received 12 days of administrative arrest for petty hooliganism in Krasnodar. It all started with the fact that the owners of the Arena Hall Krasnodar Club, where the rapper concert was supposed to take place, canceled it on the same day after the warning of the regional prosecutor's office. The document said that the video clips and texts of the songs of Husky “Bullet-Dura”, “Judas”, “Pyromanus” and “Poem about the Motherland” contain calls “to perform suicidal, violent actions, extremist manifestations, and propaganda of drugs”. The fact that the transgressive rap of the graduate of the journalism department of Moscow State University Haski contains precisely calls, not metaphors, the regional prosecutor’s office still needs to be proved - at the time of issuing a warning, a linguistic examination has not yet been carried out (its results have not been made public). But, of course, no one began to delve into the details, and Husky himself and his directors did not even enter into the course of what was happening. The concert was not announced in advance. The audience, who paid for tickets, was simply not allowed into the club, in which they turned off the light for fidelity. The previous Husky concert in Rostov-on-Don was in a similar way. After some time, the rapper left the de-energized room outside to chat with fans. At the exit, not only disappointed fans, but also police officers, Cossacks and combatants were waiting for him. According to Husky, he took advantage of the offer of one of the fans and began to read out his track from the scene from the roof of his car. According to the witness by the defense, the coordinator of the local headquarters of Alexei Navalny Simonyan, a minute after that, two people in police uniforms and several people in civilian clothes, without introducing himself and without explaining, pulled the rapper from the car - he did not resist. In a police report, it was testified that Husky “forced” the police to use physical force, creating interference with their actions for the movement of citizens, and refused to go to the patrol machine. They also died in the song “Ay” obscene vocabulary (which is not there). The police drew up the rapper on countering the police officers, the representatives of the Cossacks presented at the club, who were present at the club. From an impartial comparison of the facts it follows that the real cause of the “Husky case” is the excess of powers by law enforcement officers, the Krasnodar prosecutor's office and the police. The case of Husky is the most egregious in the spontaneously arising struggle of representatives of the authorities with musical heroes of the generation Z. The victims of the “vulgar Molly”, “Fredson”, Monetochka, Elja, Hanvest, Jah Khalib and Matrang - these musicians were canceled and torn concerts, now Husks were added to them with an administrative term. These are all very different artists, some of them do not even use obscene vocabulary. For example, the most seditious thing that can be found in the texts of the coins is the line “Climb my heart, and not in the jeans width” from the song “Nymphomaniac”. The listed musicians are united only by the frankness of the intonation, with which they take up the plots eternal for adolescents, the popularity of those who have not yet turned 18, and, accordingly, falling into the zone of increased attention of new zealots of youth morality.

The first about the fact that the younger generation must be protected from the destructive influence of the new pop music was publicly spoke of the producer-veterin, the chairman of the Public Council of Roskomnadzor, the author of the playful ode to Vova President Igor Matvienko, worried that completely different songs are popular with young people-in which sex, drugs and a beautiful life are pested. Most likely, they will not find calls in songs (they are not there), but the article in the Administrative Code or even criminal will be found.

It is significant that Milonov and his clones do not act in a civilized way, but to those who usually “solve problems in our country,” they swear to the power instance and strive to launch the flywheel of the repressive apparatus. Instead of entrusting the organizers of concerts and owners of the sites, strictly monitor the age of the public in the hall and not allow performers with “adult” material of adolescents without parents, etc. - They immediately call the police, who should deal with the artists, try to cancel the concert and ban the whole industry. And even better - under the pretext of taking care of the morality and morality of the younger generation, establish state censorship: to put a large iron firewall, as in China, and return the artistic councils, as in the USSR.

It is clear why they do this - this is an effective distracting maneuver that translates the focus of public attention from the real problem to imaginary. In fact, in the history of Husky, it is necessary to discuss not what the rappers from VKontakte sing about, but how any citizen of the Russian Federation, even a public figure, is powerless to representatives of law enforcement agencies.
