The number of toll roads will increase in the Moscow region

Part of the 200 new interchanges, roads and overpasses that will appear in the Moscow region in 2019-2023 will be built with private money, and the passage through them will be paid.

Details. The concept of the strategy for the transport development of the Moscow region mentions 235 objects that are planned to be built (including 87 that are already being implemented). Which roads will be tolled?

• the Vinogradovo-Tarasovka highway, the fare on the road in 2022 will be 160 rubles;
• nine more facilities are toll overpasses across the railway (in Domodedovo, Odintsovo, Ramenskoye, Stupino districts, etc.), their cost is 0.7-1.8 billion rubles.
• In total, it is planned to spend 48 billion rubles on the construction of toll roads in the Moscow region in 2019–2023.
• The materials of the Moscow Region government also mention the understudy of the Yegoryevskoye Highway (estimated at 32.3 billion rubles), the Solntsevo-Vidnoye-Zheleznodorozhny (127 billion rubles) and Podolsk-TsKAD (33 billion rubles) highways, for which they wanted to find private investors, but so far no could.

What else to expect? The Moscow Region authorities also plan to double or triple the number of cameras (there are currently 1,200 in the region). They will, in particular, control the allocated lanes.
