As the newspaper notes, this is the first “noticeable case of blocking” under the law, which came into force in April 2018. For refusal to comply with a court decision, a fine of up to 50 million rubles is provided.

In the publications that Rakishev demanded to be deleted, he was accused of relationships with minors, incitement to suicide and concealment of crimes, Kommersant writes, citing court materials. In particular, they were talking about posts in the personal accounts of the former owner of BTA Bank Mukhtar Ablyazov.
