The court abolished the arrest of rapper Husky for 12 days

The Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar abolished the punishment of 12 days of arrest , which he assigned to the RAP executor Husky on charges of hooliganism. This was announced by his lawyer Alexei Avanesyan.

"The court satisfied the statement of the defenders of Rapper Husky (Dmitry Kuznetsov) and stopped executing the punishment in the form of administrative arrest for 12 days," the defender wrote on Facebook on November 26, adding that he went to the Ust -Labinsk special receiver with this document for immediate liberation of the performer.

Avanesyan published a scan of a court order, which says: "The exceptional personal circumstances indicated in the application were recognized as such by the court, in view of which the application for the termination of the execution of the decision on administrative arrest is subject to satisfaction."

“The court decided to terminate the execution of the punishment, substantiating this by the fact that due to the punishment for such a severe period of the nonresident artist with a tour, the damage will be carried by a large number of people: fans, organizers, club director,” the lawyer explained in the commentary of the Radio “Moscow says.” “The breakdown of his tour, which is not prohibited, leads to us. 10 days to appeal this decision.

“The criminal case has not yet been opened,” the defender added. “We reported through the police to the victim of the owner of the car that we are ready to completely compensate for the damage.”

The new court decision is subject to immediate execution. Moreover, it can be appealed in the Krasnodar Regional Court, the document is noted.

On November 23, the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar appointed 25-year-old Husky 12 days of administrative arrest, re-qualified his charges with part 2 of Art. 20.1 ("petty hooliganism, associated with disobedience, the legal request of a representative of the authorities") on part 1 of Art. 20.1 ("petty hooliganism") of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Kuznetsov did not admit his guilt. His defense insisted on the termination of the case due to the lack of the composition of the offense, or the sentencing in the form of a fine.

After the announcement of this verdict, the district court continued the meeting, since two more administrative protocols were drawn up against Kuznetsov. The police accused the musician of the illegal organization of the mass stay of citizens in a public place (part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), as well as a medical examination (part 1 of article 6.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). On the second point, the court added Husky for three more days of arrest.

Husky detained on November 21 in Krasnodar, where his concert was supposed to take place. The performance was planned in Arena Hall, but at the last moment the owners of the site canceled the event, since "the prosecutor's office intimidated them with closure, inspections and so on." According to Interfax, the supervisory authority sent the management of the institution a warning to prevent illegal actions containing signs of extremism.

The concert was quickly transferred to the Bounce club, but the police arrived there, and the club building was de -energized. Then the rapper went out to speak out and at some point climbed onto the roof of the car and began to read his texts there. The police regarded the street performance of the musician "as an organization of the event that allegedly blocked the road." However, in fact, according to the lawyer, the roadway was free: "People just stood on one side and sang songs."

The lawyer explained the refusal of Husky from the examination by the fact that the artist was afraid of possible provocations "by the persons who counteract his work." Husky himself called the breakdown of his concert in Krasnodar a planned action with the submission of the prosecutor’s office, which "did not like the text of several songs."

On November 20, the security forces tried to disrupt Husky’s performance in Rostov-on-Don, turning off the light and sound on the stage. Before the event, one of the owners of the Rave club received a warning from the police about "preventing extremist activities and violations of the requirements of the law during a public event."

The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Rostov Region could not explain why the police were interested in the performance of the Husky and what they did in the club. The department only stated that "no restrictive measures of police officers were taken against the contractor", and in relation to three participants in the concert, protocols on hooliganism were drawn up.

The Kuban prosecutor’s office reported that the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Krasnodar Territory will conduct a linguistic examination of the texts of Husky for a month for signs of "extremism, terrorism, and so on."

In mid -November, YouTube blocked for the show in Russia the Husky Clip "Judas" "at the request of state bodies". Husky also stated that the prosecutor’s office had claims to his song “Poem of the Motherland”, in which calls for cannibalism, as well as “insulting the feelings of believers, the propaganda of Nazism and sexual debauchery”.

At the end of October, Husky accused the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor of the abolition of his concerts in Russian cities. According to him, some "musketeers" come to clubs where concerts should take place and threaten the owners of the establishments with a power outage or closing if they do not cancel the rapper’s performance.

As it turned out, the persecution of Husky, who first expressed in the disruption of his concerts in different cities, began due to the complaint received in the name of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Yuri Chaika from the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region Vladimir Petrov. In a letter dated November 1, he asked to take measures "to prevent pseudo -music assemblies and official concerts of" rappers "in the Russian Federation until normalizing the situation in the youth environment."

Petrov said that after this request to the Prosecutor General’s Office, a list of specific rappers was also sent to whom he has claims “where calls to suicide, drug use, denial of the current system were used - all who used were all on the list,” the deputy emphasized. He clarified that in addition to Husky, the rappers of Oximiron and Noize MC were listed in the list.
