Former assistant to the prosecutor of the Shali district of the Chechen Republic, 27-year-old Magomed Guchigov, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison for shooting a wedding motorcade from the window of the car in the Russian capital.
The decision of the femids is reported by the official website of the Moscow Main Directorate of the IC of the Russian Federation. Guchigov "found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism, that is, a gross violation of public order, expressed in a clear disrespect for society, committed using weapons). According to this article, he was threatened with a five -year period of imprisonment.
It was established that on September 11, 2016, in Moscow, Guchigov, "while driving a Bentley Continental GT car and moving in a wedding procession towards the Sipilovsky passage, fired through the open window at least four times into the air."
"The shooting was recorded on the DVR who was traveling for a motorcade who reported to the law enforcement agencies. After that, Guchigov, along with other wedding motorcade cars, proceeded to the Tsaritsyno park, where he was detained by police officers," the press release said.
"In order to avoid holding to justice, Guchigov handed over the gun to his wife," which kept it in its bag until the removal during the personal search.
Note that at the time of shooting, Magomed Guchigov worked in the supervisory department. He was fired from his position for violating the oath of the prosecutor. The Bentley Continental GT car, on which the official was moving, is currently sold in Russia at a price of about 15 million rubles.
Magomed Guchigov is the nephew of the former leader of the Nohia-Yurt District Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Najud Guchigov, who was fame in 2015 with his marriage to a minor girl.
Earlier it was reported that shooting was also carried out from other cars of the wedding motorcade, which, in particular, from Maybach and three Porshe. On Kashirskoye Shosse, their drivers blocked three lanes.
Judging by the published video, at least five shots were made into the air, and the Porsche Panamera driver was one of the shooters. He was detained on Caspian street.
The footage shows that cars from the motorcade more than once violated the traffic rules - they went to the "oncoming lane", and interfered with other participants in the movement. The police seized three traumatic pistols and 15 rounds to them from the suspects.
The police intended to bring two detainees, including an employee of the prosecutor's office. “Earlier, citizens who shot during the movement of wedding circles in the capital were brought to administrative responsibility, but a precedent was created several years ago when a criminal case was instituted on the fact of such shooting. All violators received real terms. In this case, the position of the metropolitan police will be fundamental,” said Sofya Khotin, head of the capital's head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The second suspect was Vitaly Yesenkin. His procedural status in the UK was not reported, Interfax reports.
