The Pervomaisky District Court of the city of Krasnodar overturned the decision to arrest the rapper Husky (Dmitry Kuzentsov) for 12 days for petty hooliganism.
The musician's lawyer Alexei Avanesyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“The court has just satisfied the application of the defenders of the rapper Husky (Dmitry Kuznetsov) and stopped the execution of the sentence in the form of administrative arrest for 12 days. The decision is subject to immediate execution. We are going to the detention center for Dmitry, ”the lawyer wrote.
The rapper was detained on November 21 after he decided to read his songs on the street due to the cancellation of the Husky concert venue. The musician climbed onto the car and began to sing his song to the crowd. The Pervomaisky District Court arrested Husky for 12 days under a hooliganism protocol. Also, for refusing to undergo a medical examination, he was assigned an additional three days of arrest.
