In St. Petersburg, the court acquitted the detainee with the cardboard Olga Buzova

In St. Petersburg, the court acquitted the activist of the "new duplicity" Dmitry Nikolaev, according to the telegram channel of the movement.

The activist was accused of distributing information materials in the place that was not established for this (Articles 37–1 of the Law of St. Petersburg on administrative offenses) due to a single picket with a cardboard Olga Buzova. On November 4, Nikolaev reached the Square of the Proletarian dictatorship with the figure of the singer, to which he attached portraits of the former governor George Poltavchenko and his successor Alexander Beglov.

In the explanation, the police officer, who detained Nikolaev, indicated that before the detention the activist “defiantly laid (cardboard woman- OTD-info ) on paving slabs, which could be regarded as a continuation of a public event, as well as a violation of the improvement of the city of St. Petersburg.” However, Nikolaev provided the court with a video, which shows that in fact the police officer himself put Buzova on the sidewalk.
