On November 26, the Basmann District Court of Moscow extended the arrest to the defendants in the Black Block nationalist movement until March 1, 2019. Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky), Artem Vorobyov and Dmitry Makarov (Sporkhin) remain in jail. This was announced by the OTD-Info by the father of Ratnikov Gennady Komarnitsky.

According to the judge, at large, the accused could “continue to engage in criminal activity” and hide from the investigation. Ratnikov at the meeting said that he had neither a passport nor a visa.
In an interview with the OVD-Info, Gennady Komarnitsky said that indirect pressure is exerted on his son: “They are not crushed openly, but some kind of breakdown is still happening. First, they transferred to a pre -trial detention center from one camera to another, then placed in a punishment cell for five days without explaining the reason. After that, they generally took it to the IVS (temporary detention center- OTD-info ) for 10 days supposedly for interrogation, but no one there and did not interrogate him there. ”
Ratnikov was detained on June 28, Vorobyov and Makarov were arrested a little later - August 10.
UPD on February 28, the Basmanny Court extended to everyone the term in the pre -trial detention center for another three months - until June 1.
The reason for the initiation of affairs was both an activist’s statements on the Internet and the slogans chanting during public events. Dmitry Makarov is accused of organizing an extremist community, in public calls for extremism on the Internet and in exciting hatred or enmity of an organized group. Artem Vorobyov is accused of participating in the extremist community and in hooliganism, committed by a group of persons.
