The baseline scenario assumes GDP growth of 1.7 times, investments in fixed capital of 2.2 times. Real wages will increase by 1.6 times, and real disposable incomes by one and a half times.

  • According to the results of 2018, real disposable incomes of Russians will grow for the first time in four years.
  • Before the economic crisis that began in 2014 amid falling oil prices and the introduction of sanctions, Russian household incomes grew much faster. From 2008 to 2013, they grew by 22%.
