The Kuntsevsky court of Moscow fined Sergei Mitrokhin, Evgeny Barkov, Alexei Alekseev and Savely Rozhkov for 150 thousand rubles each, as well as Alexei Sobolev and Ivan Rozhkov-for 11 thousand rubles due to a public meeting with developers in Kuntsevo. The interests of the detainees were represented by lawyer Mikhail Biryukov, who helps the work of the ATS-Info, as well as the lawyer of the Department of Internal Affairs of the info Ekaterina Selezneva.
The former leader of the Yabloko party, Sergei Mitrokhin, was found guilty under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (repeated violation of the rules of the event). He was considered the organizer of the national gathering of the opponents of the development in Kuntsevo, which took place on September 12. “None of those who came to the meeting, including me, thought about any rally or picket. There were no posters, there were no megafons. We talked at the entrance of the house and went to inspect the playground near the tobacco and wine store, which the peak gave to the children instead of demolished sites in the square, ”Mitrokhin wrote on his facebook before the court meeting.
Municipal deputies of the Kuntsevsky district Yevgeny Barkov and Alexei Alekseev, as well as a member of the PEC with a decisive vote of Savely Rozhkov, also received fines of 150 thousand under part 6 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (damage to property during a mass event). According to the documents of the case, they allegedly caused damage to the fence film, which the construction company has installed a peak around the construction site. The amount of damage amounted to more than six thousand rubles.

The court fined the locals of Ivan Rozhkov and Alexei Sobolev under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism) for 1000 rubles each, and under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by the participant in the rules of the event) for ten thousand rubles.
On February 18, the Moscow City Court upheld the fine of Sergei Mitrokhin. The politician plans to file a complaint with the ECHR.
