The Central District Court of Barnaul fined Gennady Sheid, head of the Altai regional public movement for support of civil and social initiatives "Consent", 50,000 rubles due to the lack of marking "foreign agent" in the public of one of the organization's projects on VKontakte. This was reported by the Public Verdict Foundation.

According to human rights activists, the judge made such a decision due to the fact that in the group of the project "Incubator of Youth Initiatives" - one of the projects of the "Consent" movement, the organization was not recognized as a "foreign agent".
