According to the organizers of the award, the Association "Cultural Initiative" , he was awarded for the book "Say Winter" (M.: New Publishing House, 2017).
Irina Kotova received a small prize for the book “Submarine” (M.: Voimega, 2017).

The Moscow Account Award - the poetic Oscar of the Russian capital, reflecting the position of the "workshop of poets" - is awarded since 2003. The prize is awarded in two nominations. A poet is awarded a large prize whose book gained the largest number of votes. Malaya is the author of the best debut book. A special prize is noted books that separated several votes from the winners.
The 2017 list included 158 books, more than 150 Moscow poets who represent different literary trends and generations took part in the vote.
As an experiment in 2018, the award was first awarded in the student nomination of the Moscow Account Award. The nomination is coordinated by the center of the latest Russian literature IFU RSUS. The winner was elected the initiative jury, which included students in the Russian State University, in the future it is planned to attract students of other universities to his activities.
