Druzhkov believes that the administrative case against him was initiated for political reasons. According to him, the employee of the guardianship authorities, who participated in clarifying the circumstances of the incident, said that this was the first case in her practice under the article on violation of the children's curfew in Bui.

The girl, because of whose presence Druzhkov was fined, was an intern at the position of a bartender in the Sever establishment, owned by Druzhkov. For a shift, she received 500 rubles. The girl's parents knew that she was getting a job and were not against the internship. The entrepreneur was going to officially employ the girl after I turn 18, in early December.

According to Druzhkov, five police officers came to draw up a protocol on the illegal stay of a minor in a nightclub. They took her statement in the absence of her parents.

“We will pay this fine without any problems. <...> We do not consider ourselves guilty - we gave a person a job, she had three days to come of age. A whole "police truck" came for her, although she did not drink and did not smoke, but simply tried to earn money. This is confirmed by the testimony of her mother. The girl just wanted to earn money for her personal belongings,” Vladislav Druzhkov told members of the commission.
