The mockery of the former senator from the Chelyabinsk region Konstantin Valerievich Tsybko, a candidate of legal sciences, the former chairman of the All -Russian Society for Nature Protection (VOOP), continues.

The verdict of the Ozersky City Court of August 3, 2017 Tsybko Konstantin Valerievich, born in 1974, a former member of the Council of the Federation of the Russian Federation from the Chelyabinsk Region, was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to punishment in the form of 9 years in prison.

Soon after this, Tsybko was announced that he allegedly did not say hello to Medvedev’s employee, and therefore the penalty was imposed on Tsybko. The explanations of the chicken that he greeted, but quietly (above we already wrote about speech disorders) were ignored.

In October 2018, he bombed a clinic, because of dizziness, he fell, broke his head, and continued to go to the clinic. However, when he saw Tsybko, the deputy head of the colony Walter, ignoring his explanations that he was going to the clinic, since he was bad, grabbed another convict and demanded a territory of the yard from the binding revenge. In protest against sophisticated bullying in the FCU IK No. 11, Tsybko announced a hunger strike, which lasted 42 days with a break. With a height of 183 cm, the weight contained up to 59 kilograms.

According to the head of the IR, the prosecutor's office on the supervision on the complaint of Tsybko is currently being conducted.

At the same time, not established employees distributed misinformation among prisoners that Tsybko, as a member of the Federation Council, allegedly voted to strengthen the sentences to prisoners, voted for the commissioning of troops into Syria and even for raising the retirement age. These slanderous rumors led to the fact that some of the convicts began to relate to the chicken hostility.

So, Tsybko K.V. was on a hunger strike for 43 days, shot a hunger strike on November 29, 2018. When entering the colony, he weighed 80 kg.

Instead of eliminating the causes of a hunger strike, an employee Walter and under his control officials began to exert further pressure, inventing imaginary violations, allegedly committed to them.

At the same time, the conclusions about the absence of K.V. Tsybko, the signs of a temporary or persistent loss of disability were made without a specialized medical examination, since MRI will be carried out only on December 6, 2018.
