Picketers with posters against war and Putin were detained in St. Petersburg

The police in St. Petersburg detained the participants in the “unlimited protest” Ilya Tkachenko and Evgeny Musin, who stood in single pickets. This was reported to the OTD-Info in the group of assistance to the detainees.

According to the book of reports on incidents (KUSP), which the police had with them, picket posters can be extremist content, and activists themselves were previously involved in articles about rallies. The police seized the phone from Tkachenko.

Both were detained on Malaya Sadovaya Street. Ilya Tkachenko stood in an anti -war picket, and Yevgeny Musin held a poster with the inscription “Putin in the country of trouble”.

The police also detained Evgeny Tarasov and Elena Osipova, who also stood in single pickets. Tarasov informed the ATS-Info that he had a picket for peace with Ukraine. He was placed in a cage of a police car without light and heating. According to Tarasov, the police explained the detention by the fact that he allegedly moved during the picket.

UPD 20:12 Osipov was released from the police, they did not draw up a protocol on an administrative offense. A poster was seized from a picket.

UPD 20:26 The rest of the detainees were also released from the department, they took posters.

On December 5, after the detainees left the department and went to the subway, several people attacked them and were greatly beaten. As reported in the group of St. Petersburg “unlimited protest”, activists beat their feet on the head with shouts “better at home”. The victims after that turned to the police and the two attackers detained.

The battered unlimited activist Ilya Tkachenko the next day told the group of assistance to the detainees that he was recorded with a “fracture with a displacement” on his face. According to Tkachenko, they will undergo an operation and put the plate until the end of his life. He will lie in the hospital for a week.
