Residents of the villages of Izmailich and the meteorite of the Krasnoarmeysky district began to build a passage across the Marevka River, where a wooden bridge collapsed in June of this year, Vl.ru reports. In the nearest city of Dalnerechensk, people get along the remains of the bridge.
Previously, let the straight line from Izmailih to Dalnerechensk took about an hour, a detour along a broken road for at least four hours. The district center, Novopokrovka, could be reached in 40 minutes, now-in 2.5-3 hours. In the summer, residents were established a boat crossing, but they were abandoned. A rubber boat for two people does not allow transporting heavy load.
The administration entered into a contract with a company from Yakutia to develop a project of a new bridge worth 2.8 million rubles. The contractor should finish the work in 180 days - the project of the capital bridge will not be ready earlier than January 19, 2019. The deadlines are not yet selected. Through the river, they were supposed to install a temporary structure, but there is not even a contractor. The contract for 1 million 208 665 rubles was announced three times, but no applications were submitted.
According to the local resident Olga Spirenkova, the acting governor Oleg Kozhemyako promised to transfer the contract to the primavtodor if there were no other applications. "On November 26, the deadline for submitting applications ended, no one again went to auction, and Natalya Nikolaevna Panteleeva, the head of the district, announces an auction for the third time, and does not allow it to be transferred to the primaactor," Spirenkova said.
