The head of the Kaluga movement “For Human Rights” Tatyana Kotlyar became a person involved in three new criminal cases. She herself told the OVD-Info about this.
Cases were initiated under articles on a fictitious registration (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code) and fictitious registration (Article 322.2 of the Criminal Code). On the second article, two things started at once. One is connected with the registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons, the second - with the registration of Russian citizens. Kotlyar noted that under the article on a fictitious registration, about 109 “criminal” episodes are charged with her.
Tatyana Kotlyar has been registering people in her own apartment for several years - mainly refugees and migrants. She does this free of charge only to get Russian citizenship to help them.

So far, the human rights activist is undergoing new criminal cases as a witness. However, according to her, this happened before. Kotlyar believes that she will soon be transferred to the status of a suspect, and then the accused.
The human rights activist has already been found guilty of fictitious registration of migrants. In 2015, Kotlyar was fined 150 thousand rubles, but immediately amnestied. In 2017, they again fined the same amount, but the court freed her from the execution of the sentence due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
