On December 7, the Ministry of Internal Affairs first commented on the massive abolition of concerts of Russian performers throughout the country. The department assured that they did not give instructions on this subject. The Kremlin, in turn, said that if law enforcement agencies had claims to the Alexander Sokurov fund, now they are exhausted.
