Seven participants in an anti-propaganda walk were detained in Samara

Samara police detained seven activists of the “Perpetual Protest” who went for a walk for freedom of the media. This was reported in the channel “Bessrochka Samara | Samara Region".

A video published by activists shows them walking along the road one by one wearing yellow vests with the words “Indefinite” and chanting various slogans. They are stopped by a policeman, a dispute ensues between him and the activists about the rules of the law, after which a police car arrives and everyone is detained

A little later, the channel announced the names of the detainees: Vladislav Gaitov, Alexander Belousov, Timofey Karev, Alexey Inozemtsev, Alexey Ivanov and Ilya Pankov are in police department No. 4, and Alexey Timofeev is in police department No. 5. It is unclear what they are charged with. Activists emphasize that Karev’s glasses were broken.

“Perpetual Protest” is a decentralized movement that appeared in several Russian cities after protests against raising the retirement age organized by Alexei Navalny. Participants of the “Unlimited Protest” believe that it is necessary to hold actions constantly - until they are heard.
