On December 10, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights turned 70 years old, and on December 12, a quarter century is fulfilled by the Constitution of Russia, many provisions of which literally quote the declaration. What has changed over the years? How do Russians assess the situation in compliance with human rights in the country and how effectively does the state protect the constitutional rights of citizens?
