Details. The purpose of the amendments is to legislate a unified approach to the anti-corruption activities of employees of most budgetary organizations. Their employees will be able to receive gifts only in connection with protocol and official events - in the form of "printing products with the logo of a state body, local government, organization" and flowers, the draft law says.

The new bills extend the norms that previously applied only to civil servants to many state institutions, including almost all medical and educational structures, as well as companies controlled by state corporations, Basnak explained. Accepting gifts, including alcohol, will be prohibited in connection with the performance of official duties, he clarified and added that it is “doubtful” to thank doctors with cognac.
