Former Director of the Cheremshanka Airport received a suspended sentence

This was reported in the press service of the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office. The former director of the state airline received money for 2 years, illegally leasing the property of the airport.

“The court found that the defendant, abusing the authority, from June 2014 to October 2016, repeatedly stole the property of the airline headed by him through waste, and also exceeded his official powers, leasing the property of the enterprise without agreement with the owner,” the report said.

The ex-director was found guilty under Part 3 of Art. 160 "Wall of Wallows", part 1 of Art. 285 “Abuse of authority”, part 1 of Art. 286 "Excess of official powers." In addition to a conditional term, the ex-director was appointed a trial period for 3.5 years.

The court also decided to recover 1.5 million rubles from the convict. In the interests of the Cheremshanka airport in the civilian claim of the Krasnoyarsk transport prosecutor.

The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Siberian Federal District reports that the ex-director stole the crushed stone belonging to the enterprise and used the transport of the airport for personal purposes. The total damage amounted to about 2.6 million rubles.
