She was supported by other residents of the house: according to the activist, a petition against renting an apartment with sick children has already signed 40 of 64 residents of the house. Many of the residents are also sure that cancer can be infected with cancer.

The mother of one of the sick children Victoria Polyevikina informed Moscow 24 that a mother with a child lives in an apartment on the 9th floor in each of the three rooms. “On the one hand, I understand the people who live here. On the other hand, now in their place I would just help. ”

The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee has already announced that it conducts a pre -investigation verification: “Investigators will conduct verification measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances and causes of what happened. The fact of collecting signatures is not considered illegal, at the same time, any person has the right to rent housing for anyone.

The Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in Moscow, Yevgeny Bunimovich, said that he was ready to intervene if he really discusses the eviction of tenants from the apartment. “But here is not a matter of legal, but in ethical, in moral problems,” the Ombudsman is sure.

The only key to solving such situations is a mass educational program, educational events explaining that the cancer is not contagious, and HIV really exists.

She claims that the departure of the tenants is planned and is associated with the "break in treatment." Shergova also says that "many residents repent of the fact that they signed the petition, and admit that they signed it without looking."
