In Krasnodar, searches were carried out at the home of a volunteer of Navalny’s headquarters and a supporter of Maltsev

Employees of the Investigative Committee conducted searches of Navalny's headquarters volunteer Vitaly Votanovsky and local activist Dmitry Shklyaev. This was reported by MBKH Media according to Votanovsky.

“Again today they came with a search, this time from the Investigative Committee. But nothing was taken. They cleaned up the mess and left. Nothing to find. There is nothing at home except Benyash’s stickers,” the publication reports Votanovsky’s words. He also said that the search warrant was issued by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar in connection with the Artpodgotovka case.

Votanovsky told the publication that they also came to Maltsev’s supporter Dmitry Shklyaev with a search. According to his information, Shklyaev was previously summoned for questioning in the Artpodgotovka case.

In December 2017, Shklyaev was already searched, presumably in connection with the Artpodgotovka case. The hard drive from his computer, electronic media and phone were confiscated. At the same time, a message appeared that a volunteer of Navalny’s Krasnodar headquarters—probably Vitaly Votanovsky— was also searched by FSB officers.

• In November 2017, police detained Vitaly Votanovsky and five Artpodgotovka activists, including Dmitry Shklyaev. Votanovsky was then sentenced to ten days under the article on disobedience to the police (19.3 of the Administrative Code). Shklyaev and other supporters of Vyacheslav Maltsev were arrested under the same article for various terms.
• Vitaly Votanovsky and another volunteer from Navalny’s headquarters were detained on the street in September 2018. Votanovsky was soon arrested for 10 days for disobeying the police officers who detained him
• The Artpodgotovka movement, whose leader is Vyacheslav Maltsev, was recognized as extremist in Russia on October 26. After this, supporters of the movement began to be actively persecuted . Maltsev called on his supporters on 11/5/17 to go to city centers and stand there until President Vladimir Putin resigns. More than 400 people were detained that day. In total, about 35 cases were initiated in connection with the action under various criminal charges.
