“Russia 24” spoke about the “most modern robot” at Putin's forum. It turned out to be a man in a robot costume

On December 11, the All -Russian Forum “Projectoria” was opened in Yaroslavl, which is annually held by order of Vladimir Putin. Previously, the event was called "Future Intellectual Leaders of Russia."
On the opening day at the forum, they showed Boris’s robot, who supposedly knows mathematics, can walk, speak and dance under Skibidi. Journalists of “Vesti Yaroslavl” dedicated part of the plot to Boris: he was shown during the words about “most modern robots” on the forum. There were no other robots in the plot of Russia 24.
The robot shown on the stage of Projector raised many questions.
- Why is the robot visible a single sensor? Even at the notorious robot Fedor, sensors are clearly visible in place of the head. There are only flashing LEDs in the head;
- How did Russian scientists receive a finished robot so quickly, without the publication of any intermediate results? The famous Boston Dynamics has come a fairly long way from a four -ladered robot eating from a summarized cable to a direct autonomous robot on batteries;
- Why is nothing known to the Internet about Boris’s robot (and that’s what the plot is called in the plot), because, judging by the declared characteristics, this is one of the most advanced robots in the world, and exactly the most advanced robot in Russia;
- Why does the robot make so many unnecessary movements in various parts of the body during the dance? More likely the clumsy movements of a person, constrained by an uncomfortable costume than on the programmed movements of a real robot;
- Why does the robot look as if a person will fit perfectly inside him? In real robots, on the contrary, the arms and legs attached to small hinges, a narrow waist and so on;
- Why lie, giving a pre -prepared entry as a pre -prepared entry by the robot's voice? After all, to the mouth (or where he has speakers), they did not bring the microphone, but Boris's voice still sounded from the acoustic system of the hall.

It was used rather for humorous scenes as an element of the show. In the moments that were not included in the plot of “Russia 24”, the robot Boris, for example, admitted the love of poker and the game Dota 2.
At the same time, it was impossible to declare that Russia 24 did not know about the fake and was deceived by the forum organizers, in the photo “Vesti” the animator’s neck is clearly visible inside the costume. Throughout the plot, journalists did not say that the works are not real. But they noted his learning abilities.
