He noted that the leadership of the special reception did not comply with the recommendations of the PM on the separate contents of the smoking and non -smoking prisoners, motivating this by the fact that "the law does not have a clear indication of this, only if there is an opportunity, but there is no possibility." "Ponomarev’s neighbors complained to us a lack of nutrition. For example, yesterday for lunch they received a small portion of soup, pasta and cabbage salad.
