Three participants in the “March against the authorities” protest were detained in Moscow

In Moscow, on Pushkin Square, the police detained participants in a series of single pickets “March against the authorities” Daria Polyudova, Kirill Kotov and Anton Antonov. Polyudova reported this to the hotline.

Anton Antonov was released from the police department with a report under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules for holding an event). Polyudova was charged with repeated violation of the rules of the event (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but a report against Kotov has not yet been drawn up.

UPD 22:38 Now there is no contact with Polyudova and Kotov. Both were probably left at the police station overnight.

UPD 23:47 Kotov was released on an obligation to appear. He and Polyudov spent the night in the Tverskoy police station. Both activists have protocols under Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code. Polyudova is left in the police department for the second night; she will have a trial on December 14.
